Items are posted within 2 days of purchase using myHermes courier service, which takes 2 to 3 days to reach you. If you wish an upgrade to Royal Mail First Class delivery then please email me at email@example.com.
I do not accept returns, unless the item is either broken or not as described in my listing. If broken, please supply a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the piece. I would be happy to make you a replacement.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or it differs wildly from its listing description, I am happy to exchange it or make another piece to order once you have returned the original to me.
Unfortunately I cannot refund your postage fee.
